Our shipping rates also include vigorous packaging to ensure you receive your items in the same state that they leave our property.  We take pride in our packaging from Aroma Addiction. We can proudly state that in the last year  we have not had one single damaged item. If anything we most likely over protect each item. Better to be safe than sorry :-)
