Can I get a refund?

In light of the promotional pricing for pre-orders, we can only exchange products if they are found to be either defective or damaged. In the circumstance where you consider that a product is either damaged or defective, you may return it in its original condition within sixty (60) days of receiving it.

Please contact us at hello@axis.life with details of the product and the damage/defect and we can assist you with the return shipping process.
