The Metrics provides the metric definitions and explanations. Select on definitions to see video options. The metrics are:
- Bat Speed
- Attack Angle
- Time to Contact
- Peak Hand Speed
- Blast Factor
- On Plane
- Power
- Peak Bat Speed
- Body Rotation
- Vertical Bat Angle
Each metric is broken down into three videos. The videos explain what the metric is, why the metric is important, and what your metric should be. To view the video on your device you must have a data connection.
