How do you add to workouts from Workout?

How to add workouts

 
1.     From the Dashboard screen, place curser on Training.
2.     Scroll down and tap on Workout.
3.     Fill in the Workout Name, Workout Type, Workout Description, and Exercises.
4.     Tap Add Group to add additional Exercises.
5.     Optional: Tap on Schedule and Assign or Tap on Assign Without Scheduling.
6.     Optional: Make Workout Available to – Select Coaches, tap on box that apply (All Coaches, All Students, and Your Students). 
7.     Tap on Save.
