Training Drills

The Training Drills are guided training tools to improve the overall swing.  Start by selecting on putter or driver. The drills are broken up into four different categories of Timing, Length, Speed and Angles. The default page of the training drills is selected to speed, but selecting on Length, speed or Angles enables the user to switch. Once this is done you can select on the video drill you want to complete. There are two types of drills:

  • Standard Drills
  • Interactive Drills

If a Standard drill is selected, the video of the drill will play and a quick summary of the drill will show below the video.

The full swing drills are broken up into two different categories of Timing and Speed. The default page of the training drills is selected to timing, but the user can select on Speed for alternate drill settings.

How do you get a progress report

The report provides a quick summary of your performance after completing an interactive drill. It will display the amount of stroke, the stroke in your goal range, the duration of the drill and an interactive graph showing all the stroke. Below the graph, the high, average, and low metrics of the drill will be visible.  To view closer, you can pinch the graph to view metrics and tap on the circle to metrics.  At the bottom of the page, additional drill recommendations will be provided.

Note: Metrics captured by stroke in Interactive Drills will not be combined with your overall sensor metrics.
