Google is deeply integrated into ALUi - all updates must be made on your Google Account page

Google is deeply integrated into ALUi and this forms the base for most of the user profiles and user functionality. The user must therefore make all profile and password updates on Google itself, by signing in with the ALUi Google enabled email address that the university has assigned to the user. 

All updates made on Google will automatically sync to the ALUi database.

In order to change your Google account password follow these steps :


  1. Sign in to My Account (your Google account).
  2. In the "Sign-in & security" section, select Signing in to Google.
  3. Select Password.
  4. Re-enter your password if asked.
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions and select Change password.
