Has your course commenced?
Psychwire's Signature Courses run on an intake basis, each course commences on a specific day at midnight PST. The course commencement date can be found on the course purchase page as well as your receipt of purchase.
Are you using the same email address that you registered for the course with?
Your course access is linked to your email address which was used to purchase the course. If you have logged into your Psychwire account using a different email address, please log out and log in again with the same email address used when registering.
If you are unsure of the email address linked to your Psychwire account, please contact our customer support team. We will ask you to provide either your order reference number or invoice number. Has your course access ended?
Our Signature Courses run for a period of 4 – 8 weeks, depending on the course. At the end of the weekly course content releases, there is an additional 4-week grace period where the entire course is available for review. You can use this time to catch up on the course or dig deeper into some of the topics we have covered. There is a countdown clock conveniently placed within your course dashboard to keep you up to date with exactly how much time course access is available.
