Psychwire’s Signature Courses run on an intake basis, meaning they commence on specific days throughout the calendar year. These dates can be found on the individual course pages or within the course calendar.
At midnight PST on the date the course commences, you will receive a welcome email with information on how to get started and what to expect in the coming weeks. If you are unable to locate your Welcome email, please check your spam/junk folder as it might have been redirected there.
Our Signature courses are delivered in weeks, and each Tuesday at midnight PST new weekly content will become available. We will send you a reminder email letting you know what topics we will be covering that week.
Throughout the course you can log in to your Psychwire account from anywhere at any time, allowing you to learn at your own pace. We recommend setting aside 1.5 – 3 hours per week depending on your course to stay up to date.
Our Signature courses are designed to provide the best possible learning experience, which is why the course must be completed in sequential order, no skipping ahead! Each week you will find yourself fully engaged while viewing entertaining videos, conducting experimental exercises and reviewing in-depth written materials.
Throughout the course, you will have access to the course library filled with additional resources and an online forum managed by our expert trainers. The forum is a great place to interact with fellow participants, share your experiences, ask questions and gain insights from expert trainers themselves.
At the end of the weekly releases, there is an additional 4-week grace period where the entire course is available for review. You can use this time to catch up on the course or dig deeper into some of the topics we have covered. There is a countdown clock conveniently placed within your course dashboard to keep you up to date with exactly how much time course access is available.
Please note, at the end of the grace period, your course access will end. As we are unable to provide extensions, we encourage all participants to be mindful of when their course access ends to ensure they have ample time to complete the course beforehand.
Once you have completed the course in full, you can expect to receive a document confirming your course completion within 3 business days. Please note, this documentation does not provide formal certification.
If you have registered for CE credits, you can expect to receive your CE Certificate via email within 3 business days if all requirements have been met. Please ensure you have registered for CE credits before the course access ends.
