Is More Feedback Better?

The total amount of Customers who have rated your business is important, even if your score is lower than a competing business with fewer customer ratings. For example,

Hotel A:  9.5 out of 10 from 25 customers
Hotel B:  9.2 out of 10 from 150 customers

Which hotel would you sleep in?  (my bet's on Hotel B!)

We all know a business can't please everyone 100% of the time. 

We also know that a business with many customer reviews...has a lot of customers!
