You can open an account with 8 Securities from your smartphone. Download one of our apps from the App Store or Google Play. You will see the "Sign up" option on the app start screen. The mobile application takes 5-10 minutes to complete. We require a copy of your passport or Hong Kong permanent ID, proof of residential address within the last 3 months (utility bill, mobile phone statement, bank statement) and proof of bank account(s) (bank statement, ATM card, bank book). You can take a photo and upload the documents directly from the app’s sign up process.
