If your choose to open your account without any witness, you are required to make an initial deposit of not less than HK$10,000 bytransferal or by cheque from your registered Hong Kong licensed bank account(s). Otherwise there is no initial deposit to open your account.

 

Furthermore, you do not have to hold a minimum balance to be a customer. There are no fees for inactivity.
