How do I place an order?

How do I order for a school?  


We love working with schools and colleges! With bulk orders, we are able to pass along our wholesale pricing so everyone saves! Contact us for more information and to start your order.  

How do I pay for my order?  


Payments can be made through our website or by phone. Purchase Order payment is available to certain organizations and is handled by written agreement and offered at our discretion. Credit card sales will be assessed the current charge imposed by the credit card companies.  

Do I get to see a "sample" before you print my order?  


You can request an email pre-production proof before we start your print job. If sent, production will not begin on your order until we receive artwork approval from you.    

How long does it take to receive my order? Are rush orders accepted?


  It depends on what you are ordering. A single t-shirt order will arrive in a few days and the typical production time for most larger custom-printed products is about 2 weeks.  We offer rush service with shipping - please e-mail or call us for the availability of this service.  If you have a specific date to have your garments in hand, please supply your sales representative with that information. 

Will I receive a confirmation after I place my order?  


Yes. You will receive an e-mail confirmation if you place your order through our website or by phone.   

Will I be notified after my order has shipped?  


Yes, you will receive an e-mail notification with shipment details on your order. 

Do you take overseas orders?  


Sorry, we are not geared to take orders out of the United States at this time.
