The first page of your offer to purchase sets out the home which you have purchased and the details of your deposit structure. It is important to double check that your name is spelled correctly on the offer and that all of your personal information is accurate.
The body of the offer to purchase outlines your contractual obligations with the builder and vice versa. If you have questions regarding your agreement, it would be best to consult with your lawyer.
Schedule B is the specifications sheet.
Schedule C is the cost breakdown of the base house, land, additions, and any relevant credits.
A condominium offer to purchase may include a Schedule D which outlines the terms of the tenancy at will during the occupancy period.
In addition when purchasing a condominium, you will also sign an acknowledgement for receiving a copy of the Condo Docs and a fully signed offer to purchase.
