Due to the structure and build of the course, we’re unable to grant extensions.  If you’re facing serious difficulties outside your control, contact our customer service team. Our team can discuss with you the possibility of deferring to a future course.  

If your deferral request is approved, your enrollment will be transferred from the current intake to the intake you wish to join, subject to our deferral terms.

After all 6 weeks of the course content has been released, you will have an additional 4 weeks of forum access and a further 12 weeks of access to all materials (22 weeks in total). For ACT for Grief and Loss and ACT for ADHD, after all the 4 weeks of the course content has been released, you will have an additional 6 weeks of forum access and a further 12 weeks of access to all materials (22 weeks in total).  This may give you the time to catch up.
