ACT for Beginners, Trauma-Focused ACT, ACT for Adolescents, ACT for Depression and Anxiety, ACT for Perfectionism and People Pleasing, and ACT as a Brief Intervention are online courses that each run for six weeks.
ACT for Grief and Loss and ACT for ADHD runs for four weeks.
Plan on spending about two - three hours per week on the course. We encourage you to schedule a specific time in the week to dive into content.
