How do I create a lead list?
To create a new list go to Lists --> Add New List.
List Best Practices
When creating lead lists in LeadFuze get in the habit of only creating a new list if you plan to create a unique corresponding email sequence for the prospects in that list. Instead of creating lists by region or by the month the list was created, think about creating a new list only when you want to create a new and targeted sequence. For example, if you have two sequences with unique, targeted content you should have two lists. If you want to create a more targeted or personal outreach sequence for a particular industry, this would be a good use case for creating a new list.
By being conservative with the amount of new lists and new sequences you create, you can save time by scheduling your sequences in advance. For example, if you have a list of 1,000 new prospects and create a schedule to send 50 new prospects the first step in your sequence every Monday and Tuesday at 9am, your sequences will send out to new prospects automatically in batches of 50 until your list no longer contains prospects with a status of Not Emailed.
By following this strategy, your main day-to-day workflows in LeadFuze should be (1) answering responses from prospects in your inbox (2) adding new prospects and making sure your lists stay full and (3) over time testing and revising your sequences to improve your results.
