Each of the LeadFuze plans come with a certain amount of prospect credits each month. As you add prospects to the system LeadFuze provides validated contact information for your prospects.
Whenever LeadFuze provides you with an email address and green mail icon next to your prospect's email address, that counts as a prospect credit.
What about orange emails?
If you see a prospect's email address that is added with an orange icon instead of green, this means we were able to find an email for that prospect but the email did not pass our 2-step verification process. You have the option to include or exclude orange or 'risky' emails from your sequences. Orange emails do not count against your available prospects each month.
What if a green email bounces, does that count as a prospect credit?
Even though we use a verification process to validate emails, it is still normal to see a 5% - 20% bounce rate with green emails. If a green email bounces, our system monitors bounces and credits those prospects back to your account.
What if I import my own list of contacts, does that count against my prospect credits each month?
You have the option to import a list of existing contacts, prospects you already have email information for, and use LeadFuze to send those prospects outbound email sequences. If you import an email address that prospect will have a blue email icon attached and imported emails do not count against your available prospects each month.
When do my prospect credits reset each month?
Your monthly prospect credits reset each month based on your billing cycle. To check the date for when your prospects reset go to Billing & Users --> Billing History. The date of your last payment is the date your prospects will reset the following month. If you have questions about your account or need to add extra prospects reach out to us via the in-app messenger or send an email to our support team at support@leadfuze.com.
