Creating a professional looking meeting agenda is easy and fast in the MeetingTrack system. Once you click on "Create Agenda" from a meeting home page you will see the "Create Agenda" button.
First name your agenda and input the date/time of the meeting. In the Presenter field you can also add a title like Bob Johnson, VP Sales.
In the "Topic time in Minutes" field the recommended format to input is to write out "11:00 - 11:20" (for example). The next topic time could be 11:20 - 11:35 (another example).
Archived Agendas
All agendas for a meeting are archived for convenient access. You can also modify an existing agenda. Simply click on "Agenda Archive" and choose the agenda you want to to modify.
