How do I create a meeting Action?

Once you are at the Meeting Home Page - click on the "Create Action" button.  Fill out the task and then select the meeting participant.  Click on submit.  The participant will receive and email with the action.  

Closing or updating a Task

The participant may close or update the task by logging into his MeetingTrack dashboard.   

Adding To Outlook

The meeting participant may also add the task to his/her outlook calendar
