Recurring team meetings and cross functional meetings - anyone who looks at meeting prep has a hassle or wants to save time in administrating the meeting content - then eZie is for them.

For someone who is really getting a lot of value from eZie - their eZie home page would list all the meetings they have added.  And now that person can track all the meeting content (for all meetings) in one place.

Meetings that they have added may have been a weekly support meeting or weekly QA meeting for Engineering - could be any meeting.  Very simple to add to eZie - simple click on the "Add a Meeting" button and then invite any members of that meeting to share content as well.

Connecting one meeting to the next meeting as far as all relevant prior meeting content that needs to be surfaced, discussed, reviewed  is the challenge - and eZie makes that process well - easy.
