Due to the structure and build of the course, we’re unable to grant extensions.  

You will have access to the course for a total of 12 months. This extended access period allows ample time to catch up on any missed content, complete the course, and review all course materials at your convenience.

If you’re facing serious difficulties outside your control, contact our customer service team. Our team can discuss with you the possibility of deferring to a future course. 

If your deferral request gets approved, you will be subjected to our deferral terms in which your enrollment will be removed from the current intake and you will receive a coupon code which shall be valid within one(1) year from the date of request. If you are unable to use the code within its validity period, your enrolment will be forfeited.
