Yes, you can modify the look of your palette board by changing the template and other settings.
1. CHANGING TEMPLATE - Click on the icon on the top right of the board as shown below.

This will take you back to the palette home page and ask you to select a board template.  Click on the desired templates and your palette will be switched to that format.

1. To edit other settings -Other settings such as - row height, white space, vertical space, font size, number of colors,  border, and color names can be changed by selecting the icon shown below.

You can modify each one of these options as per your needs.
