Click on 'My Palettes'

The system will show as default all the palettes you saved under the root (without specifying a folder). 
The folders you created will show under search bar, you can click on a folder to view the palettes in it.

you the sort option on the left or the search bar to find a specific palette. Once you find it double click to open.
