We know this can be frustrating, but you cannot claim you won the match without playing it.  Please make sure you've checked in for your match and update the admins in the match chat that you're ready to play.  They make a decision based on who made the quickest and best effort to play the match.  If not, you are at risk of being forfeited the match and will have to move on to the next tournament.
