While we prefer all players to play their match, we understand life and certain things may happen.  Here at Player's Lounge it's not mandatory to play a match if you and your opponent accept but have yet to start the actual game.  The match will either expire, or you can submit a cancellation request.  Neither of you will be penalized and 100% of the entry fee will be returned.
