If you and your opponent submit conflicting scores for a match, the match will be disputed. You'll then have the opportunity to upload text, picture and video evidence on the match page to prove the game went the way you say it did.

A Players' Lounge admin will evaluate the evidence and figure out who actually won the match. 

Video evidence is the strongest kind of evidence you can submit. We encourage you to record videos of all the matches you play on Players' Lounge. Not only will you get some cool highlights, you'll also probably never lose a dispute.
