We're proud to be launching our new Personal Loans website today - and we hope you enjoy using it!
Since we started offering Personal Loans in November 2019, we've had some great feedback on our product and our friendly customer service. But we're always looking for ways to make applying for a loan easier, so we've given the website a much-needed refresh.
What's different? Well, a fair bit actually:
- If you arrive with us from our friends over at ClearScore, you'll see we've filled in a bunch of the info on your app form for you - so you can whizz through the process in record time.
- If you're accepted, we now give you the option to sign your documents online rather than having to worry about emails.
- If we need a bit more information from you to evidence your income or other personal details, you can upload your documents straight through our website - easy. And if you're using a mobile or tablet, you can upload a picture using your camera.
- We've answered a bunch of your most commonly-asked queries in our new FAQs section, saving you the need to call us.
Behind the scenes, we're delighted to have partnered with Provenir for our risk decisioning software, and Aryza for our case management systems - all to bring you a faster decision and better service.
