Dear customer,

With effect from Thursday 1 December 2022, the ownership of all outstanding loans will be transferred within the Hastings Group from Hastings Insurance Services Limited (FCA Register Number 311492, Company Number: 03116518) to its wholly owned subsidiary, Hastings Financial Services Limited (HFSL) (FCA Register Number 969197, Company Number: 03690349). 

No action is required from you as a customer, and all arrangements for managing your loan remain the same. This means your interest rate, payment amount, payment schedule and all of our contact details are not affected.

Over the course of December 2022, Hastings Financial Services Limited will begin to take over Direct Debits previously collected by Hastings Insurance Services Limited.
