FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 weeks in our warehouse, unless there is a pre-order item in your purchase. Estimated delivery times take affect after your order leaves our warehouse and depends on the shipping method you selected. We will email you tracking information once your order has shipped.

Items are sent by USPS (United States Postal Service), DHL Express, or UPS (United Parcel Service). Domestic orders typically take 7-10 days to be delivered.

Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days and you will be given the option to cancel your order.

International shipments may be held by your local Customs Authority for an additional 7-14 days depending on the customs laws in your country. Therefore, it is best to allow 4-6 weeks for international delivery.
