RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

To return, exchange, or cancel your order, please contact us.


We will accept unwashed/unworn/unopened merchandise for return within 15 days of purchase (within 30 days of purchase for shipments outside of the United States). The return date will be determined by the postmark on the returned package.


We cannot accept returns on the following items:




  • Any apparel item that has any obvious signs of use, such as damage when opening the packaging, or smelling like it has been washed or worn.
  • Any CDs or vinyl records that have been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap) unless it is defective.
  • Downloadable media (except if you've accidentally purchased multiple downloads of the same product).
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.



If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, contact customer service and we'll provide you with a return shipping label. We will gladly replace the incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise within 45 days of the original purchase (within 60 days of purchase for shipments outside of the United States). We will re-ship your correct order upon receipt of the incorrect item(s).


Unfortunately, we no longer accept exchanges. We will provide you a refund upon receiving the item(s). Please feel free to re-purchase the item(s) again once the funds have been returned to your account.


Please allow 1-2 weeks for returns to be processed. When your order has been refunded, it may take between 3-10 business days for the money to appear back in your account.


To cancel an order, contact customer service no later than 24 hours after purchase. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been shipped.
