Yes you absolutely and you're encouraged to do so.

Usually most users turn the Welcome Page into a content list of pages they've setup within their account.

1) Ensure that you're on the Welcome Page.

2) Click on the pencil icon to edit the page.

3) Ensure that you click on the check icon to save your changes once you're done.
