There are a few options for dour account deactivation. You can either temporarily disable your account or permanently delete it.
If you want to disable your account, please, do the following:
• Open Taimi;
• Go to your Profile (icon in the bottom-right corner);
• Go to Settings in the top-right corner;
• Scroll down to "Account" section and tap “Disable Account”; • Choose a reason why you want to disable the account; • Depending on the reason you selected:
Option 1: Tap "Disable Account";
Option 2: Input the feedback for our team -> Tap "Disable Account".
Result: your account is paused. You can restore the account at any time in the future, all your conversations, matches and posts will be saved.
If you want to delete your account permanently, please, do the following:
Open Taimi;
Go to your Profile (icon in the bottom-right corner);
Go to Settings in the top-right corner;
Scroll down to "Account" section and tap “Disable Account”);
Choose a reason why you want to disable the account;
Tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page;
Input the feedback for our team;
Check or add your e-mail if you think we can respond to your feedback and tap "Continue";
Enter account password and tap "Delete Account".
Result: your account is deleted, you will be redirected to login page, all your conversations, matches and posts are deleted and can't be restored. Thank you for using Taimi!
