No.  Our technology is built off of HTML5, SVG and Canvas, which are already present on 99% of smartphones and desktop browsers. Basically, if a device can play angry birds, it is already loaded with the technology needed to render our videos.

The only requirement is that the clients or developer include a small library (Javascript for web, and custom libraries for iOS or Android) to enable playback of vector based videos withing existing media players.
