How do I route my un-routable orders to ShipStation?

If you ship from multiple warehouses and you oversell a given SKU, Zentail will not know which warehouse to route that order to. As a result, the order will receive an automated alert and end up in your Needs Attention section.
You have the ability to automatically route un-routable orders to a specific warehouse. This ensures your orders end up in ShipStation or the Need To Ship section of Zentail's label generator. Here's how:

- Go to your Account Settings page => Scroll down to the Company section.
- In the Default Warehouse section => Click the dropdown and select the warehouse you want to route un-routable orders to.
- Click the UPDATE button.
