How to Edit, Copy, or Delete Existing Custom Templates
Last updated about 7 years ago
You've created a custom template, maybe it has 20... 30... 40 columns in it. And now you want to add just one more column. Instead of creating the template from scratch again, you can edit your existing custom templates! In addition to editing templates, you can also create a copy of an existing template or delete it all together!
Under the "Run Existing Report" tab, select "Custom Report Templates" to view all of your existing custom templates
Find the report you want to Edit and select the 'pencil' icon for that report:
You will be re-directed to an Edit Template view. Here, you can add or remove columns, change the name of the report, or add other rules just as you would when first creating the template
When done, you can either "Submit Changes" to save the changes to this template, or "Cancel Editing"
Once complete, you will be redirected back to the "Run Existing Report" tab on your Import / Export page.
