How do I control what data gets sent each channel?

Last updated about 7 years ago

In your Integrations page, you have the ability to prevent Zentail from sending product data, inventory data, and pricing data to each of your sales channels.

  1. Go to the Integrations page.
  2. Click on a specific channel
  3. Select or un-select each checkbox according to your preference.
    • For example: the repricer will not work if you have "Disable Pricing Sync" checked
  4. Click "SAVE SETTINGS"

Common Question: If "Disable Product Data" is checked in the Amazon card, I can make a change to my SKUs in Zentail and that change won't make it's way to Amazon?

Answer: Yes, that is correct.

What does it mean to "Regularly Pull Pricing Into Zentail"?

DO NOT USE THIS FEATURE IF YOU ARE USING ZENTAIL'S DYNAMIC REPRICER OR IF YOU ARE MANAGING YOUR PRICING IN ZENTAIL.

This pulls your Amazon pricing (managed either in Seller Central or by a 3rd party service) into Zentail and relays that pricing to any channel that does not have a Sales Price Override (advanced options on a per-SKU basis). This helps you remain competitive and maintain pricing parity on channels like Jet which require parity in order to list your SKUs. This is essentially repricing your listings on non-Amazon channel by using Amazon as a proxy for competitiveness.
