How do I issue a refund when there is no RMA?

If there was an RMA created in Zentail, please refer to this FAQ page.
An RMA is a Return Merchandise Authorization - You would generate an RMA if you require the customer to send back an item in order to receive a refund.
If you need to issue a refund for an order that was returned to sender or you otherwise wish to refund the customer without requiring a return, please follow these steps:
Find the order in Zentail
Click on the order
Click the 3-vertical-dot icon at the top of the left sidebar => Select "Issue Refund"
Select the amount you would like to refund and the reason for the refund => Click "REFUND"
