How do I generate an additional shipping label for an order?

If you need to generate an additional shipping label for an order, please follow the instructions below:
Common reasons:
Common reasons:
- Customer never received initial shipment.
- Replacement for damaged / defective item.
- Order status is Pending Payment in Zentail (status provided every 15 minutes by the sales channel) but you are sure that the customer has paid -- This can be an issue with eBay orders paid for via eChecks.
How to:
- Select the order in Zentail.
- Click the 3-vertical-dot icon at the top of the order sidebar => Select "Add Additional Shipment"
- Select the From and To addresses => Click "NEXT STEP: PACKAGE DETAILS"
- Enter the shipping dimensions => Click "GET QUOTES"
- Select the Carrier/Service => Click "PURCHASE LABEL"
- Print and Ship!
