Jet does not limit the number of RMA requests per order -- even after you process your refund via Zentail.
To resolve this:
- Cancel all but the FIRST RMA(s) for a given order and then process the refund again.
- Be sure to resolve any open (red) alerts at the bottom of the left order sidebar.
The first RMA is linked to a specific Jet return code and so it is important that the first RMA must remain.
