You can reset any order in Zentail.
Reasons you might need to do this:
- Mistakenly shippedÂ
- Need to cancel
- Change tracking (before it ships)
To reset a order:
- On the right sidebar, click on on the 3-vertical-dot icon.
- Next Click "Reset to Pending".
