How to Resolve Errors for Orders in the Needs Attention Tab

You may see an Order in the Needs Attention Status.
  • If you see this, please click on the order(s)
  • Scroll down on the slider until you see a pink error under "Time Line"
  • Depending on the Error, most of the time you can click "Resolve" and then "Submit" 
  • This will remove the error and remove the order from the needs attention tab

Invalid Ship to Address

  • If you see an error that says "Invalid Ship to Address" please double check the address
  • Click on the value next to the ShipTo field
  • Verify the address on Google Maps (clicking on the address will direct you here automatically)
  • Also click EDIT on the address and make sure that the street address is in LINE 1 not Line 2.

Order not sent to ShipStation

  • Please try Resolving this error
  • Check to see if the order has been ROUTED
  • If it hasn't follow these instructions to do so: Routing Orders
  • To prevent orders from being left un-routed set a DEFAULT WAREHOUSE to ship "un-routable" errors: Routing un-routable orders
