In the new Zentail update you will notice a new user interface for the feed options on your Integrations Page.

Amazon

• Pricing Sync: Pricing changes made in Zentail will push to the corresponding channel.
  • Enabling Pricing Sync for Amazon will result in Zentail sending pricing values to Amazon for all SKUs that are set to List to Amazon in Zentail. Before enabling Pricing Sync, please make sure your pricing in Zentail is accurate. Please keep this setting disabled if you have Sale, Business Pricing or Quantity Discounts set in Seller Central.
• Product Data Sync: Pushes all product data in Zentail to Amazon for all of your SKUs set to List in Zentail.
  • Enabling Product Data Sync for Amazon will result in Zentail overwriting data on Amazon with data in Zentail for all SKUs that do not have Product Data Sync disabled at the SKU level. Before enabling Product Data Sync here, please make sure you have a backup of your Amazon listing data (i.e. Flat Files, CLRS) and product data in Zentail meets or exceeds the quality of your product data on Amazon. 
• FBA Product Data Sync: Pushes all product data in Zentail to the associated channel for FBA SKUs
  •  Enabling FBA Product Data Sync for Amazon will result in Zentail overwriting data on Amazon with data in Zentail for all FBA SKUs that do not have Product Data Sync disabled at the SKU level. Before enabling Product Data Sync here, please make sure you have a backup of your Amazon listing data (i.e. Flat Files, CLRS) and product data in Zentail meets or exceeds the quality of your product data on Amazon. 
• Inventory Sync: Pushes inventory updates to the associated channel
  • Enabling Inventory Sync for Amazon will result in Zentail sending inventory values to Amazon for each of your Merchant Fulfilled (FBM) SKUs. Before enabling Inventory Sync, please make sure all SKUs with FBM inventory that are actively listed on Amazon in Seller Central are set to List to Amazon in Zentail and your inventory values are accurate.
  • Any SKUs changed from "List" to "Don't List" in Zentail result in an inventory feed with 0 quantity being sent to Amazon.
• Orders Sync: Allows orders to flow into Zentail from Amazon. This also allows Zentail to update Amazon with information for merchant fulfilled orders.
• FBA Multichannel Fulfillment:  If enabled this allows you to use your FBA inventory to fulfill orders from different channels (like your own shopping cart).  
• Ignore Inventory Threshold: If checked, this will override your inventory threshold limit (which you can set on your Accounts page) and continue to list the product for this channel. Please read our article on implementing an inventory buffer for more information.

• Regularly pull pricing into Zentail: When this is checked, Zentail will regularly pull in the List Price from Amazon and assign it as the Sales price within Zentail.
  • If SKUs are merged within Zentail, we default to the pricing for the MF version of the SKU on Amazon. The FBA SKUs price will get imported into the FBA price override field within Zentail.
  • You should not have this option checked AND have pricing sync enabled. You should have one or the other.
• Follow BuyBox Price: When this is checked, Zentail sets your pricing for each SKU at whatever price is in the buybox on Amazon. This is regardless of whether you could potentially win the buybox at a higher price.
  • Pricing Sync must be enabled to use this feature
  • This often results in a race to the bottom on Amazon
• Auto-flip FBA to MF: When this is checked, Zentail will only make your merchant-fulfilled SKUs available for purchase on Amazon if the corresponding FBA SKU that it is merged with has an inventory of 0. If the FBA SKU has inventory available, Zentail will send a quantity of 0 to Amazon for the MF SKU.
  • If this is not checked, Zentail will send accurate inventory to Amazon for your MF SKUs regardless of inventory for the FBA SKUs. In this case, you can have two listings available on the same ASIN- one FBA and one merchant-fulfilled.

BigCommerce

• Product Data Sync:  Enabling Product Data Sync for Bigcommerce will result in Zentail overwriting data on Bigcommerce with data in Zentail. Before enabling Product Data Sync here, please [generate an export of your Bigcommerce catalog]http://faq.zentail.com/474-bigcommerce/3338-how-do-i-generate-a-bulk-export-of-product-data-from-bigcommerce) and make sure your product data in Zentail meets or exceeds the quality of your product data on Bigcommerce.
• Inventory Sync: Enabling Inventory Sync for BigCommerce will result in Zentail sending inventory values to BigCommerce for each of your SKUs. Before enabling Inventory Sync, please make sure all SKUs that are actively listed on your BigCommerce site are set to List to BigCommerce in Zentail and your inventory values are accurate.
• Orders Sync: Allows orders to flow into Zentail from BigCommerce. This also allows Zentail to update BigCommerce with information orders and route them to the appropriate warehouse.

Jet

• Product Data Sync: Enabling Product Data Sync for Jet may result in Zentail overwriting data on Jet with data in Zentail.
• Inventory Sync: Enabling Inventory Sync for Jet will result in Zentail sending inventory values to Jet for each of your SKUs. Before enabling Inventory Sync, please make sure all SKUs that you want listed to Jet are set to List to Jet in Zentail and your inventory values are accurate.
• Pricing Sync: Enabling Pricing Sync for Jet will result in Zentail sending pricing values to Jet for all SKUs that are set to List to Jet in Zentail. Before enabling Pricing Sync, please make sure your pricing in Zentail is accurate.
• Orders Sync: Allows orders to flow into Zentail from Jet.com. This also allows Zentail to update Jet.com with information orders and route them to the appropriate warehouse.
