For this error, eBay is telling us that a required field is missing. You need to add a value in Zentail for the given field and try to list the SKU again.

Often, the required field is Brand, UPC, MPN, Size, or Style.

You can add the missing information the these fields in Zentail through the User Interface or by using the import / export feature. Please note that, while some fields are under the General Info tab, others may be found in the Channel Attributes section.

If the field is in the Channel Attributes tab, be sure to look under the eBay Attributes section.

If a given field is not available for your SKU, it's possible that you either need to assign a SMART type, or that the SMART type needs to be refined. Please reach out to a Zentail representative with the SKU, SMART Type, and attribute!
