If your SKUs aren't sending to Amazon, they may have Amazon XML errors. These errors typically mean a required field is missing.
Here is one error set that seems to be prevalent: Here's how to resolve some common errors: Color Map
Verify that a Color Map value is added. These need to be formatted a certain way, so check follow up errors for the exact formatting. For example, "multicolored" is different from the valid value "multi-colored"
Missing fields in Toys Category
Depending on the category you may need to add one or more of the following: Are Batteries Required, Are Batteries Included, Assembly Instructions, Age Recommendation. Note that in this case the error refers to the Toys category.
If you don't see these fields under channel attributes in the Amazon section, let a Zentail specialist know and they will add it.
Fill in the necessary attribute
Depending on the Smart Type an attribute can be autofilled with an inferred Value.
Long description
You may see an error that says something like "XML Parsing Error at Line 9309, Column 90: cvc-maxLength-valid:"
This likely means your description (or another field) is too long
Check the end of that error for the max-character length
For Description the max is 2000 characters on Amazon
