We send your product data feed to Jet as soon as a change is made to the product on Zentail. You can view when the most recent feed was sent and when it was accepted through our
view feed messages feature. While you can rest assured that any updates you make in Zentail are sent to Jet, we cannot guarantee how long it will take for your changes in Zentail to be reflected in Jet's listings . The following factors are in play:
- Jet is currently working through a technical overhaul with their catalog which has caused delays -- some updates take less than 24 hours, while others can take more than a week.
- If other retailers are also connected to a given listing, then Jet may not incorporate your changes.
