Swatch Images are now available for BigCommerce! Currently, you are able to use the swatch images feature only for BigCommerce and Walmart.
To use this feature, follow these steps: 1. Select a SKU within a product group 2. Click the 3 vertical dots -> select Edit Product Group 3. Choose an attribute from the drop-down menu to set as your Swatch Image Variant Attribute (we suggest "Color" for most cases). If you do not want to use swatches, select "None." 4. Click Save. Please note that the Swatch Image Variant Attribute setting applies to both BigCommerce and Walmart. 5. Repeat these steps for each product group that you want/don't want to have swatches. The product group below uses "Color" as the Swatch Image, and this is how it appears on BigCommerce as you hover over the different color options.
In the listing above, you'll notice that Color now has swatches but Size is displayed as a select box. This example shows how you can use swatches for one attribute but display another attribute, such as Size, using a different format.
If you would like to use a different format (non-swatch) for displaying other attributes, such as Size, follow these steps:
1. Go to your Integration Settings 2. Click on your BigCommerce account 3. Under "Variation Option Type," select a format.
