Shopify order marked as shipped but no tracking number

  • If you have a Shopify order that is marked as "Shipped" in Zentail but you don't see a tracking number or that it wasn't routed to any specific warehouse, it most likely was not yet shipped. 
  • This may be due to your Shopify settings directly on Shopify.
  • Verify that your settings on Shopify are not set to mark orders automatically as "fulfilled" if you're using a fulfillment service. 
  • If this is the case, contact Shopify on how to change your settings.
