Product with same Code exists

  • If you have created a new SKU in Zentail and do not see it in SkuVault, a possible reason could be this error message:  Product with same Code exists
  • This error means that there is already a product in SkuVault with the same UPC code
  • We suggest deleting the duplicate SKU in SkuVault and also archiving it in Zentail
  • Otherwise, you may be able to try creating the new SKU on SkuVault directly
