In order for a SKU to flow from Zentail into SkuVault, you need to make sure the Vendor field in Zentail matches the Supplier field in SkuVault. The most common issues that cause this error:
- the Vendor field in Zentail is blank.
- the Vendor field in Zentail is not exactly matching the value of the Supplier field in SkuVault -- case sensitive, must be spelled exactly the same.
