Do cancelled orders in Zentail return the quantity to SkuVault inventory?

  • When you cancel orders in Zentail, you have the option to "Return quantity to stock." However, for SkuVault unchecking the "return quantity to stock" does not send a message to SkuVault not to return the quantity to stock as we do not control inventory on SkuVault. 
  • Cancelled orders in Zentail will send SkuVault the cancelled status and SkuVault will return the quantity automatically to your SkuVault inventory. We do not send inventory to Skuvault, so if you do not want to return quantity to stock, you will need to manage the inventory for the sku directly on SkuVault.
